∎ Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
∎ A passion for sweets, desserts, and hospitality is a plus
∎ Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote our products, seasonal offerings, and custom cake services.
∎ Take and process customer orders accurately over the phone, including custom cake requests for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events and process it to the concerned department and follow-up pre and post sales activities.
∎ Explain features, benefits, and customization options of products, upselling where appropriate.
∎ Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Build strong relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and post-sale follow-ups.
∎ Liaise with the bakery and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of custom and standard orders.
∎ Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer Satisfaction.
∎ Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for performance tracking and improvements.

∎ You will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product information, converting inquiries into sales, Tele-sales & marketing, order placement and sales reporting. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and passionate about desserts and customer service.
