Skills Required: Buyer Handling, Client Service, CRM Software, International Call Center, Strong Leadership and Team Building., Microsoft Office, Outbound and Inbound Calls, Real Estate Sector and Telemarketing, Telecommunication Service, Call Center Operation

- Only Male
Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Must be a non-smoker.
Capable to serve under pressure.
Dedicated, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Polite with fervent attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company databases, portals, referrals,and campaign leads.
Receive and handle inbound calls from interested buyers professionally.
Provide accurate information about residential/commercial projects (location, size,price, payment schedule, handover timeline, facilities).
Generate and qualify leads and forward hot prospects to the sales team.
Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up reports in CRM or manual registers.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or email as per companypolicy.
Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints politely and efficiently.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and monthly lead generation targets.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
Comply with company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical practices.
