Responsibilities & Context:
• Safety & Supervision: Monitor swimmer activity, enforce facility rules, and perform water rescues or administer First Aid, CPR, and AED care in emergencies.
• Water Quality & Maintenance: Test chemical balance (pH and chlorine levels), record logs, run filtration equipment, and vacuum or scrub pool surfaces.
• Facility & Guest Care: Set up lounge chairs and umbrellas, distribute towels, clean restrooms and shower areas, and clear trash or used glassware.
