∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Telemarketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying prospects by reading telephone directories and other prepared listings
∎ Calls prospective customers by using any telecommunications technologies
∎ Influencing/convincing customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations (in some cases)
∎ Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
∎ Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and feed backs, orders
∎ Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations
∎ Updating customers' details in our database on regular basis, and then sharing the updated information with the concern staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ Not less than 2 years in Telemarketing
∎ Experience as a Telemarketing Executive within the industry.
∎ Knowledge of all pertinent consumer rights and responsibilities.
∎ Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions.
∎ Capability to remain respectful, particularly when speaking to disgruntled customers.
