Corporate IT Support, IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain computer systems and make sure that all departments IT related devices are functioning properly.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problem (pc, laptop, printer, barcode scanner, Inventory software, UPS/IPS, etc.)
∎ Maintain IT inventory.
∎ Maintain and configure various Wi-Fi routers, servers, and attendance devices.
∎ Check all LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi system, CCTV surveillance, PABX, IP Telephony, Video conferencing system.
∎ Laptop/Desktop joining to central active directory, Central endpoint security (Sophos antivirus), ensuring endpoint backup by Commvault, mail configuration for O365 solution, Microsoft TEAMs / One-Drive Support, etc.
∎ Maintain the IT security system.
∎ Collect necessary specifications for each department and make sure that their requirements are met.
∎ Provide training to the employees in using computers and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in working with all types of operating systems such as Android, Microsoft, Linux, Unix, DOS, etc.
∎ Basic understanding the specifications of the software to be installed in the computers and make necessary pre-installations
∎ Ability to troubleshoot any kind of systems related problems and maintain the security of the systems.
∎ Capable of working with office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc.
