• Prior experience in port operations or stevedoring will be considered an advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

• Receive and process bills, documents, collection letters, and cheques accurately and within the stipulated timeframe.
• Arrange supervisors, staff, labour gangs, grabs, pay loaders, and other operational resources as required for smooth cargo handling.
• Communicate effectively with cargo loading/unloading agents and consignees regarding lighter allocation and scheduling.
• Prepare bills for laborers, staff, winchmen, and equipment operators in line with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare operational reports, performance statements, and stevedoring budget estimates as assigned.
• Supervise cargo discharge operations onboard vessels to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintain an organized filing system and documentation related to stevedoring operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager to support operational and organizational objectives.
