Job Summary

The selected candidate will play a strategic role in driving technical business development by providing formulation solutions, regulatory-aligned commercial strategies and value-added product promotion to Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Veterinary manufacturers.

This role requires strong engagement with R&D, PMD, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial and Procurement teams while collaborating with international suppliers, technical partners and regulatory consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote APIs, Branded excipients, Nutraceutical ingredients, specialty raw materials and packaging solutions to Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Veterinary manufacturers.

  • Provide technical support, formulation guidance and problem-solving solutions to enhance product development and manufacturing efficiency.

  • Identify customer technical challenges and deliver strategic commercial and technical solutions.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, PMD, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial and Procurement divisions.

  • Coordinate with global suppliers, technical partners and regulatory consultants to support sustainable business growth.

  • Support product launches, portfolio expansion and commercialization initiatives.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify emerging business opportunities.

  • Travel extensively for client meetings, factory visits, supplier coordination, technical seminars, exhibitions and international business development events to strengthen market presence and strategic partnerships.

  • Deliver impactful technical presentations, product positioning strategies and consultative sales proposals.

  • Support compliance initiatives aligned with FDA, MHRA, TGA, WHO-GMP and EU regulatory standards.

  • Contribute to long-term organizational growth through integrated technical and commercial excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related discipline.

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical formulation development or technical business development involving APIs, Excipients, Nutraceuticals or specialty ingredients is preferred.

  • Strong technical understanding of formulation development, regulatory frameworks and industrial pharmaceutical processes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a business development mindset.

  • Experience in B2B pharmaceutical marketing is highly preferred.

  • Professional fluency in English, including high-level business correspondence.
