Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target as per plan by forecasting requirements; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
∎ Responsible for collection against the sales within the time frame approved by the management
∎ Responsible for collecting AIT from customers as per scheduled time
∎ Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain products
∎ Prepare and present proposals and quotes and recommend products based on customer needs
∎ Proper follow up with customer till execution of order including realizing of payment
∎ Ensure sales growth by creating new customers and market
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports and present them to the management team
∎ Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
∎ Maintain and update client database and profile regularly
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products, information, and creating mutually beneficial business relationships
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
∎ Coordinate with sales team members and other departments
