Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales achievement as per Annual Business Plan and target. (Both quarterly/annual)
∎ Responsible for maintaining and following up all sales related activity to complete the sale.
∎ Efficiently and effectively follow up the sales process to achieve sales target.
∎ Improve customer satisfaction through better coverage, service and monitoring.
∎ Maintain rapport of internal & external customers for smooth execution of planned targets.
∎ Improve market feedback system and intelligence.
∎ Identify new opportunities and untapped markets.
∎ Adaptability with market changes.
∎ Responsible for sales forecasting, promotional planning and direct sales efforts.
∎ Maintain customer relationship and establish a strong customer base.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Experience from sales and candidates from Uttara will be given preference
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
