Additional Requirements:

  • Must Have 4-5 years practical working Experience in Sales Admin or Sales Coordinator in any FMCG Food Selling Company is mandatory.

  • Candidate having Knowledge in MIS will get priority.

  • Bangle & English Typing skill with good typing speed will be get an extra advantage.

  • Skill in Report Drafting, Presentation, Analytical Ability, Graphical Statistic making is required.

  • Academic qualification will be flexible for more experienced candidate, especially in Retail Food Products (FMCG).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To follow up Sales & Marketing Field Force daily.

  • To prepare Sales related Database.

  • To keep, maintain & update Dealers record time to time.

  • To receive, dispatch & follow up.

  • To check data accuracy in orders, Invoice and challan .

  • To maintain close liaison with the Distribution & Inventory Section to ensure timely accurate delivery.

  • To maintain and update sales and customer records

  • To generate monthly sales reports & submit Higher Authority.

  • To communicate important feedback to & from

  • Distributors/Customers/Retailer.

  • To ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.

  • To minimize the GAP between the Dealer & the Distribution Team.

  • To take the initiative to resolve any issue that arise in the Dealer Tent.

  • To work in crisis management.

  • Any other tasks as & when required.
