Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of party wise collections and outstanding balances.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, providing insights into cash flow, aging of receivables, and collection efficiency.
Reconcile discrepancies between payments and invoices.
Provide regular updates to senior management on accounts receivable performance and cash flow.
Maintain a follow-up procedure for overdue payments, liaising with relevant departments to settle outstanding invoices and maintain a low level of aged receivables.
Support other accounting and finance team members.
Sales invoice generating.
