Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
∎ Maintain detailed and accurate records of party wise collections and outstanding balances.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, providing insights into cash flow, aging of receivables, and collection efficiency.
∎ Reconcile discrepancies between payments and invoices.
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management on accounts receivable performance and cash flow.
∎ Maintain a follow-up procedure for overdue payments, liaising with relevant departments to settle outstanding invoices and maintain a low level of aged receivables.
∎ Support other accounting and finance team members.
∎ Sales invoice generating.
