∎ PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE, PARTICULARLY EXCELDETAIL-ORIENTED WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.
∎ ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY
∎ STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN
∎ EXPERIENCE IN AN ACCOUNTING OR DATA ENTRY ROLE.
∎ STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK WITH ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE TALLY.
∎ PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE, PARTICULARLY EXCELDETAIL-ORIENTED WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ INPUT FINANCIAL DATA INTO ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF ACCURACY.
∎ STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK WITH ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE TALLY.
∎ VERIFY ACCURACY OF DATA BY COMPARING IT TO SOURCE DOCUMENTS PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE, PARTICULARLY EXCELDETAIL-ORIENTED WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY.
∎ ORGANIZE AND MAINTAIN FINANCIAL RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS. ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND MANAGE TIME EFFECTIVELY
∎ STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN.
∎ ASSIST WITH ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PROCESSES. EXPERIENCE IN AN ACCOUNTING OR DATA ENTRY ROLE.
∎ PREPARE REPORTS AND STATEMENTS AS REQUIRED.
∎ COMMUNICATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE PROPER RECORD KEEPING AND ACCURACY OF DATA.
∎ ASSIST WITH MONTH-END CLOSING PROCESSES.
∎ PERFORM OTHER ACCOUNTING DUTIES AS REQUIRED.
