Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ CA (CC)/ ICMA Certificate level partly completed are encourage to Apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed audit plan and evaluate of the programs with findings.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, voucher, for ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and procedures
∎ To be responsible at least 10 days in a month area wise party and warehouse visit both in Dhaka & out of Dhaka, find out the financial problems & will be tried to solve.
∎ • To check and verify sales related documents such as sales incentive, trade offer calculation, half yearly and yearly incentive fan booking and delivery related work.
∎ Prepare audit planning and conduct audit as be requirement of management.
∎ Conduct surprise audit, investigation, operational audit, process audit, physical inventory counting etc.
∎ Discuss with the authorities about the irregularities received by audit findings and take appropriate action.
∎ Maintain working papers and files systematically. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process.
∎ Check all kinds of purchase requisition with bill and vouchers.
∎ Pre and post cost sheet analysis, Order wise cost sheet checking
∎ Checking of inter-company transaction register/ledger
∎ Review and test internal systems and processes to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
∎ Check Requisition, MRR, stock ledger, gate pass, challan, received and issued records of materials to prepare report and submit to head of department.
∎ Prepare different audit reports with accuracy and match with audit objective for the use of the top management.
∎ Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures, and program.
∎ Knowledge on VAT/Tax is expected.
∎ Any other job assigned by the top management.
