Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Accounting with CA-CC (Certificate level qualified)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform operational, financial & compliance audit through the review of physical and electronic records.
∎ Evaluate the level of compliance with established business control policies, processes, procedures, standards, laws and regulations in assigned functional areas/business units.
∎ Identify control weaknesses or process improvement opportunities and initiate workable solutions.

∎ Develop, implement and maintain internal audit plan, scope, policies and procedures.
∎ Communicate the audit findings and recommendations to the management.
∎ Monitor unpaid debt and implement collection prioritization strategy to sales team.
∎ Participates in meetings with individuals and departments to update operations.
∎ Help to formulate effective strategies and policies for collection from overdue clients.
∎ Evaluate credit given to customers and give instruction to early recovery.
∎ Any other duties that may be assigned by the seniors/managements from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both English and Bengali.
∎ Willing to travel extensively.
∎ Strong interpersonal and relationship building capability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, specially in Excel.
∎ Presentation and reporting skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
