Responsibilities & Context: - Preparing manpower budgets and hiring plan.
- To ensure recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
- Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
- Administering Compensation and Company Programs.·
- Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.
- Assure compliance with labour laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee development programs and initiative.
- Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare different drafts, reports, letter as directed by the management.
- To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.
- Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
- To arrange different Training Program.
- Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
- To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place.
- Assist in the implementation of change management strategies.
- Coordinate compliance issues, safety & security, and hygiene as per company standards.
- Execution of the day-to-day recruitment operations.·
- Assist in various event organization and source-required logistics.
- Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
