Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time-frame.
  • Good inter-personal & communication skills.
  • Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource.
  • Applicants must have good English efficiency


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Preparing manpower budgets and hiring plan.
  • To ensure recruitment & selection process that include manpower requisition, job advertisement, CV screening, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
  • Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner.
  • Administering Compensation and Company Programs.·        
  • Serve as a point of contract for employees regarding administrative matters.
  • Assure compliance with labour laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee development programs and initiative.
  • Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare different drafts, reports, letter as directed by the management.
  • To systematize, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employee as per performance appraisal policy.
  • Attendance, Leave & Holiday Management.
  • To arrange different Training Program.
  • Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly.
  • To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place.
  • Assist in the implementation of change management strategies.
  • Coordinate compliance issues, safety & security, and hygiene as per company standards.
  • Execution of the day-to-day recruitment operations.·       
  •  Assist in various event organization and source-required logistics.
  • Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
