Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, exhibitions, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
∎ Support the development of event roadmaps, timelines, and budgets for cost-effective implementation.
∎ Manage event branding, promotional materials, and on-ground activations to maintain brand consistency.
∎ Track and analyze post-event performance, providing insights for future improvements.
∎ Execute outdoor advertising campaigns, including billboards, shop signs, and other OOH media.
∎ Liaise with media agencies and vendors for booking and monitoring outdoor ad placements.
∎ Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all outdoor advertising touchpoints.
∎ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outdoor campaigns, offering insights for optimization.
