∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an integral part of the Brand team, understand and contribute to our objectives, strategies and tactics.
∎ Experience in planning media campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube and other digital ad networks.
∎ Design digital media campaigns that align with the goals of our business.
∎ Coordinate and support the creation of the digital content in various social handles & keep up to date in a timely manner & assisting on video production.
∎ Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
∎ Conducting in-depth keyword (various platform) and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
∎ Making strategy in direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
∎ Monitor ROI and KPIs & analysis performance & provide report timely manner, stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
∎ Create insightful detail plan and report (MS excel, power point or any required medium).
∎ Expert in replying to customer query in social media management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about Ad Manager, Analyzing Data from Data Studio, Google analytics.
∎ Must have knowledge about Brand Principles & Understanding of consumer Behavior.
∎ Understanding of Digital platform/ Social Media Handles, outstanding analytical and project management, previous experience on assisting video production will add advantage.
∎ Should have knowledge in Google Analytics, Data Studio and Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, and DSPs.
∎ Team Player, Work under Pressure, Proactive, Hard Working.
∎ Analytical skill (Brand, Creative, performance).
∎ Agency Management and Negotiation.
∎ Adaptability, be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
∎ TVC/OVC Production, Content Development & Website Management
∎ To speak English fluently is mandatory for the applicant which is one of the top required for the post.
∎ Both Bangla & English type speed is required with highest accuracy.
Salary: Negotiable
