Responsibilities & Context:
Collection of monthly Bill from Client.
Ensure Receivable/Party Ledger.
Maintain effective communication and good relationship with customer for various line functions.
Delivering Invoice to Client, ensuring related supporting documents to compliance and identifying risk.
To Collect VAT Chalan (Mushak 6.6) and maintain the records, registers & documents conforming to VAT.
Visit overdue client premises on regular basis for recovery purpose.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Any other tasks as and when required by the management.
