Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Seeking the position for a Budget & Cost Control Department of a Leading Group of Company. Business portfolio of the group includes FMCG, Agro, Real Estate, Hotel & Restaurant.
∎ Assist HOD to develop, prepare, and monitor budgets for different departments or projects.
∎ Coordinate with department heads to gather budget requirements.
∎ Ensure budgets align with the company’s financial goals and objectives.
∎ Adjust budgets as necessary based on changes in project scope, business priorities, or financial forecasts.
∎ Monitor and analyze spending against the budget to identify cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Track and control costs associated with projects, ensuring expenditures remain within budget.
∎ Analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted figures, and report on the reasons for differences.
∎ Implement cost control measures and processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Develop financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business strategies.
∎ Assist in long-term financial planning and the development of financial models.
∎ Identify financial risks and opportunities for the organization.
∎ Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to gather data and provide financial guidance.
