Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute specific communications guidelines and templates in consultation with the Country Manager. (If we already have a global guideline then this point is not required)
∎ Planning and execution of key brand building activities such as campaigns, ensuring brand compliance through agreed use of messaging in communications products and ensuring that they aligned with SMEC’s core values and central messaging format
∎ Provide orientation to staff on communication guideline
∎ Responsible for all internal and external communications within SMEC Bangladesh
∎ Lead the communications activities in events and functions organized by SMEC Bangladesh
∎ Planning communications materials and product development on a quarterly/yearly basis
∎ Write and edit case studies, success stories, employee profiling, project showcase and prepare all relevant communication material to support external marketing
∎ Writing blog articles and opinion pieces with the broader theme for print and online platforms
∎ Develop key promotional messages for SMEC Bangladesh and accordingly communicate the messages to external audience
∎ Prepare monthly Newsletter for SMEC Bangladesh
∎ Ensure all communications materials for publications are of quality and effective
∎ Coordinate and ensure high quality designing and printing of all communication materials and its dissemination
∎ Design tools/ generate new idea showcasing project/units progresses and achievements
∎ Develop a sound understanding of branding, market placement, visibility and communication requirements and ensure its proper and accurate application.
∎ Responsible for SMEC Brand Management initiatives
∎ Maintain a social media presence by creating static and other types of content
∎ Assist in designing and implementing communications activities in achieving greater outreach and scale
∎ Closely observe communications related works of Business Development to provide necessary guidance and leadership
∎ Searching for award opportunities, prepare submissions.

∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills both in English & Bengali
Salary: Negotiable
