Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Accounting or BBA major in Accounting; Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit investigation, Auditing, Internal Audit, Internal Auditing, Inventory Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable, Garments, Spinning, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting audits of financial records, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
∎ Visit different Plaza site and places of company to perform Auditing activities (Cash counting and verification, Physical Inventory Scanning, Dealer Balance Confirmation, Higher sale confirmation as per sale and rules and regulation checking, Bank reconciliation).
∎ Preparing audit plans and schedules.
∎ Documenting audit findings and preparing audit reports.
∎ Providing recommendations for improving internal controls and financial processes.
∎ Communicating audit findings and recommendations to management.
∎ Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
∎ Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards.
∎ Submit report on finding to the Audit seniors.
∎ Update periodical / annual inventory of fixed assets.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong IT skills, including experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
∎ Willingness to travel to different locations for audits
