∎ Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
∎ Detailed understanding of shipment procedure to help the commercial team of Pharma customers.
∎ Ability to work as part of a team and grow together.

∎ Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key pharmaceutical materials
∎ Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers & manufacturers globally
∎ B. Supplier Management
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
∎ Ensuring consistent quality
∎ Timely delivery
∎ Pricing products ready market competition.
∎ C. Negotiation
∎ Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers and manufacturers
∎ Optimizing cost and profit
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ D. Market Analysis
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, & risks related to pharmaceutical raw materials.
∎ E. Risk Management
∎ Identify & mitigate potential risks associated with material sourcing, including supply chain disruptions & quality issues.
∎ F. Contract Management
∎ Manage and monitor supplier contracts
∎ Ensuring compliance
∎ Resolving any discrepancies.
∎ G. Quality Assurance
∎ Collaborate with quality assurance teams of both customer and manufacturers
∎ Ensure that materials meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.
∎ H. Regulatory Compliance
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical material sourcing.
∎ I. Cost Optimization
∎ Continuously seek opportunities to optimize costs
∎ Improve efficiency in the material sourcing process.
∎ J. Reporting
∎ Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost savings
∎ K. Customer Communication
∎ Conduct regular face-to-face visits to customer for inquiry generation and build-up repertoire
∎ Communicate with customer via other means as well.
∎ L. API Registration/Source Validation at DGDA
∎ For API Registration, occasional visit to DGDA to facilitate the API registration process.
∎ Collecting Source Validation certificate from DGDA.
∎ M. Smooth Shipment
∎ Shipment follow-up, LC Follow-up and Shipping Document Processing, for Ensuring smooth delivery of materials from manufacturer’s site to Customer’s.
∎ N. Teamwork
∎ Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain department of pharmaceutical companies.
∎ Alps & Biotech Trading is looking for Executive and / or Sr. Executive for the Materials Sourcing Department to play a critical role in securing high-quality pharmaceutical raw materials at competitive prices.
∎ This position requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
∎ Essential Duties & Responsibility
