∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Data Analysis, Fluent in speaking English, Knowledge on SAP, MICROSOFT OFFICE

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly MIS & GL Code wise reporting.
∎ Report for Review of MD's office & additional Information for MD's Review.
∎ Monthly KPI Report.
∎ To check and confirm utility & production related report in EMPOWER tool.
∎ Quarterly Insurance Claim Dash Board.
∎ Preparation of Data for monthly additional & deletion in fixed asset, inventories and other asset. And sending it to insurance cell for insurance Coverage.
∎ Bank & Cash handling.
∎ Depreciation calculation & voucher preparation.
∎ Withholding Tax & VAT Voucher creation.
∎ Arrange for payment of withholding Tax & VAT.
∎ Issuance of withholding Tax and VAT certification to the suppliers.
∎ C & F Bill Entry with shipment segregate AIT, VAT & cost of goods from C & F bill and pass entry.
∎ Evaluation capex at the time of initiation, interaction with user for timely completion. Review of actual expenses book.
∎ Timely reporting of inventories with analysis and remarks.
∎ Checking all bills & supporting of purchases through commercial department along with entering and confirming of all entry in SAP.
∎ To comply Tax & Vat against each & every purchase before confirmation of transaction in SAP.
∎ Preparation of Monthly VAT Reconciliation report.
∎ Valuation of FG & WIP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
