Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles.
The applicants should have experience in Accounts & Finance.
Candidate must have experience in computer applications; especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, with Accounting software books.
Candidates with strong initiative and are dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner & able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
Should have good written and spoken English and Bangla communication skills.
Sound knowledge of TAX and VAT.
Responsibilities & Context: Job context
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive/ Sr. Executive - Accounts to assist in our financial department. The responsibilities of an Executive/Sr. Executive - Accounts include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.·
- To be successful as an Executive/ Sr. Executive - Accounts, you should have knowledge of basic accounting procedures, be open to learning, and have strong communication skills. Ultimately, a quality Account Executive/ Sr. Executive should be able to achieve excellent customer service and maintain accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
- Check and prepare bills/vouchers of expenses and prepare the payment summary.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
- Preparation of vouchers, cheques, BEFTN letters, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through web-based software and manually.
- Coordinated with Vendors/Suppliers/ Management department for smooth functioning.
- Conduct the Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, and Strategic Planning Functions.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Daily follow-up, checking & reviewing of the accounting transactions.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
