Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ Enrolled in professional qualification- CA, ICMA, ACCA, CIMA or CACC is an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: LC, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper documentation by preparing voucher for maintaining cash.
∎ Participate in data recording into the accounting system.
∎ Review invoices, accountabilities and other information presented to the finance department for payment processing for accuracy and completeness.
∎ Ensure timely processing of staff/vendors invoices and payments, manage petty cash float, LC documents and proper documentation of all financial records.
∎ Preparation of monthly cash reports and monthly cash needs to ensure availability of funds.
∎ Timely reconciliation of Bank & G/L accounts in the accounting system.
∎ Work closely with operations team to ensure that work plans and financial planning are in sync.
∎ Assist to coordinate external/internal Audits and ensure implementation of agreed recommendations.
∎ Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Applicant must have the knowledge in computer MS Office and especially Excel
∎ Must have strong communication skills in English.
∎ High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
∎ Must have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
