Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline or BBA/ MBA (Marketing) is preferable from reputed public or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Radio

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and emails
∎ Visiting potential customers for new business
∎ Representing company to clients.
∎ Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
∎ Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with proposals.
∎ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
∎ Negotiating on price, costs, broadcasting and specifications with buyers and managers.
∎ Liaising with Traffic, PCR and MCR to ensure schedule wise broadcasting.
∎ Liaising with Finance & Accounts Division regarding billing issues.
∎ Liaising with Collection Team of the company & with Clients to ensure payment.
∎ Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
∎ Perform on demand job assigned by HOD from time to time which is achievable, reasonable and relevant to job and legal issues also.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Target oriented and a team player.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Proactive and innovative.
∎ Expertise in advance level MS office.
∎ Good presentation skills.
