∎ Age 22 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Posting of regular purchase data entry in software and preparing all payment vouchers posting in ERP & tally software
∎ Preparing cheque for all party payment, advance payment, monthly rent payment, monthly salary payment, interbank transfer payment, clearance salary payment, provident fund payment & company policy payment.
∎ Maintaining cheque register daily basis.
∎ Maintaining & disbursement of all party payment.
∎ Petty cash expense vouchers maintain & record in ERP software.
∎ Collection MR cash from customer and physically check record in ERP software and MR Register.
∎ Check revenue reconciliation daily basic in ERP.
∎ Maintain Vat challan and submit.
∎ Physically cheque & cash deposit by bank.
∎ Carryout the signing procedure of Cheques & documents from H/O on roster basis.
∎ Submission of revenue bills to RML accounts department after completion of all signing procedure & Collection of cheques from RML against submission of Bills and deposit the same.
∎ Reconciliation of payable ledger with related party and procurement personnel.
∎ Assist in the development of payable management.
∎ Other works required by departmental head and line Manager.
