Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable operation of Yamaha spare parts and Accessories.
∎ Design, develop and execute strategies for sales target achievement and sales network enhancement of spare parts and accessories.
∎ Monitoring spare parts sales operations, spare parts supply, and achievement ratio so that high-quality standard is maintained in spare parts operations.
∎ Ensure regular communication with spare parts dealers and other stakeholders to boost up sales.
∎ Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase spare parts sales.
∎ Visit field frequently to ensure satisfaction of customers, dealers, sales, and service team.
∎ Maintain spare parts ordering as per sales ratio and update software as per requirements.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports, tour reports, and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Excellent presentation and MS Office skills.
∎ Strong communication skills with a positive mindset, adaptability & flexibility.
∎ Willing to travel across the country.
∎ High social skills.
