Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome customers as they enter the showroom, creating a positive first impression.
∎ Understand customers' needs and preferences, and provide them with product information and recommendations.
∎ Show and explain the features and benefits of various boards and doors, including materials, designs, finishes, and functionalities to the customer.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
∎ Handle customer orders, including preparing quotes, processing sales transactions, and arranging for delivery or installation.
∎ Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales, and with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Ensure that all products are attractively displayed, clean, and well-organized.
∎ Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that popular products are always in stock.
∎ Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
∎ Prepare sales reports and other reports as required by management.
∎ Work with the sales team, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Participate in and support marketing and promotional activities, such as sales events, product launches, and trade shows.
∎ Develop and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and promotional offers.
