∎ Developing new footwear and leather bag design.
∎ Analyzing market trends to align product offerings with customer demand.
∎ Managing budgets, cost control and financial planning in terms of design.
∎ Implementing efficient manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
∎ Monitoring workflow and enforcing quality control standards.
∎ Ensuring smooth day-to-day factory operations, including production scheduling and inventory control.
∎ Approving materials, prototypes, and final products for production.
∎ Coordinating with R&D for innovation in design and functionality.
∎ Sourcing materials and managing relationships with suppliers.
∎ Exploring opportunities for export and international business.
∎ Ensuring compliance with local and international labour, safety, and environmental laws.
