Responsibilities & Context:
Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties of Starpath Holdings.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business.
Conduct site visits and property tours with potential buyers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the other department to convert leads into sales.
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed and marketed by Starpath Holdings Ltd.
Conduct property tours and present features and benefits of our projects to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
