We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Business Development Executive and Sr. Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, property owners, and corporate customers.

• Promote the company’s residential, commercial, and furnished accommodation services.

• Generate qualified leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and field visits.

• Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable options.

• Arrange and attend property viewings, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and guide clients throughout the rental process.

• Work toward assigned monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, property visits, negotiations, and completed transactions.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Coordinate with the property, operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate property information, and resolve concerns professionally.

• Monitor market trends, rental rates, customer demand, and competitor activities.

• Collect and submit required client and property documents on time.

• Support promotional campaigns, corporate visits, and other business-development activities.

• Perform other sales-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant experience may receive consideration regardless of academic background.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, real estate, property rental, hospitality, or a related industry.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales abilities may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve targets.

• Professional appearance and client-handling ability.

• Good knowledge of Dhaka’s premium residential and commercial areas.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and customer-management tools.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, responsible, and comfortable working in the field.

• Fluency in Bangla and working proficiency in English.

• Having a motorcycle or personal transportation will be an added advantage.
