Educational Requirements:
∎ Academic qualification will be exempted for the experienced applicant. (Preferable students from NSU, BRAC, IUB, AIUB) or any reputed Public & Private university.
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young, energetic, target oriented, self-motivated and proactive person to employ as Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Apartment) who has the experience in achieving the sales target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
∎ The company is looking for few Self-driven, enthusiastic & morally strong Sales personnel for its operation. The appropriate candidate should have the ability of selling Land Share/Residential Apartment sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building a strong relationship with the client.
∎ Have to achieve individual monthly sales target.
∎ To prepare sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ To provide weekly & monthly report to his superior regarding sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced applicant will be preferable but fresher may apply.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, proper knowledge of Real Estate Marketing & Sales, Relationship Marketing, and Commercial Space Branding
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) / Fresher's are encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area.
∎ Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Promotion.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area.
∎ Real Estate, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies.
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
