Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSC, Master of Science (MSc) in CSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ISP Sales, Sales & Marketing, Software Sales Marketing, Web Solution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to achieve sales targets within a specified market.
∎ Visit Corporate Customers, prepare offer letters/quotations, follow up with clients, and close the deal.
∎ Create new customers and maintain Long Term Business Relationships with existing clients.
∎ Regular market visits, meeting with existing and potential customers, email marketing, mobile marketing, etc.
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles, and practices.
∎ Able to prepare & maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and daily reporting to the Supervisor.
∎ Cold-calling, in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings;
∎ Planning for Corporate Marketing & Direct Sales activities;
∎ Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
∎ Must have the ability to motivate junior executives to achieve individual sales targets.
∎ Should be visiting organizations on a regular basis for selling systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal & organizational skills.
∎ Candidates must be able to speak and write in both Bangla and English.
∎ Candidates must have skills to work with Microsoft Office programs.
∎ Excellent & effective communication skills, both orally & in writing.
∎ Candidates should be smart, hardworking & energetic to perform their sales job in the corporate sector.
