Job Context:
∎ An environment-friendly brick manufacturing factory is the largest producer is looking for some Executive/ Senior Executive (Sales & Marketing).
∎ The Company is looking for a bright, hardworking and dynamic individual who should be able to make a difference and drive the company towards success by fulfilling above position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
∎ Gathering market and customer information;
∎ Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customer;
∎ Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
∎ Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
∎ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
∎ Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed target;
∎ Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
∎ Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
∎ Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

∎ Experience working with building material sales will give more preference;
∎ Strong knowledge of computer (MS Office) with Bangla type.
∎ Communication both in English & Bengali;
∎ High moral character with integrity and honesty;
∎ Capacity to handle multi tasks & prioritize job responsibilities.
∎ Own motorcycle/scotty with Valid motorcycle driving license preferable.
Salary:
