Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with Sales Team and ensure administrative supports.
∎ Prepare sales reports, presentations, and analysis.
∎ Monitor sales and collection targets and provide updates to the sales team and management.
∎ Support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns and promotional materials.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
∎ Collaborate with finance, marketing, and other departments to streamline processes.
∎ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
∎ Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting.
∎ Visit markets and distributor points to find out trends and insights.
∎ Handle distributor on board and settlement related issues.
