The selected candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, taxation, fund management, and process improvements, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in all accounting activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally/ERP.

• Handle fund management activities and ensure smooth cash flow operations.

• Prepare VAT & Tax Challans and ensure timely regulatory reporting.

• Review various reports and verify day-to-day financial transactions.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

• Maintain project accounts and ensure accuracy.

• Manage banking activities including bank reconciliation.

• Oversee invoice and receivable control management.

• Assist with internal audit/special audit requirements.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide necessary support.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

• Perform any other job assigned by top management and HoD (Head of the Department).

Qualifications:

• CA (CC) from a reputed CA firm.

• 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in Core Accounts and Finance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/IAS or local standards).

• BBA/MBA in Accounting from a recognized institution.

• Hands-on experience with Tally (Intermediate/Advanced level).

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Good understanding of taxation (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax).

• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
