∎ Age 25 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per IAS & IFRS and report to the Management
∎ Prepare all relevant documents for IPO operation
∎ Liaison with Issue Manager regarding IPO related activities
∎ Completion of audited accounts with the help of CFO
∎ Assist to issue Managers for due diligence process and stock valuation
∎ Assist to CFO for liaison with underwriters and Bankers to the issue
∎ Liaison with all regulatory authority (DSE, CSE, BSEC)Ensure reconciliation of Bank Accountants
∎ Monitoring General Ledger, accounts payable;Clear knowledge about corporate TAX, Income TAX and VAT, Labor Law and Company Act;Monitoring & Developing ERP for all concerns
