∎ Asons Bangladesh (Pvt) Ltd. : The dyestuff & Chemical Company
∎ Asons is one of the prominent importers and traders of a comprehensive range of Dyestuffs, Chemicals & Textile Machineries. Our products are found in use widely in the textile industries of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Vietnam & Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers, bill & voucher posting to Tally Software.
∎ Petty Cash and stock reconciliation also payments collect from customer.
∎ Check and verify all sorts of requisitions, delivery challans, Bills, vouchers.
∎ Checking fuel bill & maintain of office car & driver issue.
∎ Calculation & deduct VDS & TDS & deposit to Bank.
∎ Conducting banking related tasks, Bank account operate and maintain all bank transactions.
∎ Prepare and check all kinds of bill vouchers, Journal entries as per rules and regulation.
∎ Prepare monthly salary, bonus, Overtime and increment sheet preparation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts and Finance, Tax and VAT, Customs Duty, Accounting Software Tally ,
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments & Multinational Company.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge on Tally Software, MS word, MS Excel & other related office programs.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English.
∎ Able to work under pressure and can meet the challenges.
