Responsibilities & Context:
Please note that we need urgent hiring.
Manage the whole accounts team of the company, including the site accountant.
Manage day-to-day financial operations of construction projects, including cash flow, budgeting, and cost control.
Prepare project-wise and company-wide financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, subcontractor payments, and vendor settlements.
Monitor project costs, track material and labor expenses, and ensure budget adherence.
Conduct financial analysis for project feasibility, procurement decisions, and contract management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, management, and project teams for timely financial reporting.
