∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all kinds of Sales Target, Sales Trade Promotion, Sales Incentive, Sales Damage for analyzing with Annual Business Plan.
∎ Prepare Variance Report Actual vs. Budget.
∎ Ensure periodic Variance analysis for activities of Business Operation.
∎ Daily Coordinate with Head of Business to follow-up the Business Operation.
∎ Keep and maintain files of the company bills and vouchers in a scientific way.
∎ Prepare approval processing and update the costing in sales system.
∎ Maintain Account of all kinds of Direct Sales Related Bill.
∎ Prepare budget and monitor expense as per budget.
∎ Support line manager to prepare different kinds of financial reports on monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
∎ Provide different types of analytical report as per Management requirement.
∎ Maintain liaison with factory accounts.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders of Finance & Accounts Departments.
∎ Coordinate with end-user for ensuring Change Management & Skill Development activities.
