The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chairman and Directors, ensuring smooth coordination of executive activities and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman and Directors.
Coordinate, attend, and prepare minutes for meetings.
Prepare, compile, and summarize reports.
Manage travel arrangements including visa processing, ticketing, hotel booking, and transport.
Ensure accuracy of documentation such as reports, presentations, and invoices.
Handle official correspondence and communication.
Organize meetings and events including logistics.
Maintain executive schedules and calendars.
Use MS Office applications efficiently.
Manage incoming queries and requests.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Identify improvements and support operational efficiency.
Adapt to changing priorities and support executives.
Contribute positively to the team environment.
