  • Negotiation skills with vendors/Suppliers.

  • Good Command of verbal & written communication skills in both English & Bengali.

  • Practical skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.

  • Data Management Skill.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Establish sales targets for the designated areas and ensure their achievement in line with company objectives and market potential.

  • Set daily, weekly & monthly target of sales force.

  • Ensure team presence, market visit of team member by doing continuous follow up.

  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their targets and excel in their roles.

  • Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to increase product availability and market penetration·

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers·

  • Maintain and develop trade relationship by ensuring visit at each and every outlet.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • Ensure regular cash flow, product lifting and stock at distribution points as per company policy.

  • Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

  • Continuously strive for process improvement, innovation, and excellence in all aspects of sales.
