Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute business analytics and communicate it to sales forces.
∎ Visit various markets and monitor sales operation.
∎ Provide necessary support to sales forces to perform the job smoothly.
∎ Take initiatives for the improvement of sales activities.
∎ Propose & plan for market restructuring as per market potentiality.
∎ Assist in formulation & review of business policy, incentive policy, performance evaluation policy & promotion policy for sales forces.
∎ Assist in restricting geographical area for defined markets, territories & regions.
∎ Ensure achieving the sales target.
