∎ Provide detailed information about products and services
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
∎ Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the catalog
∎ Process sales transactions and handle payment methods
∎ Follow up with customers for feedback and future sales opportunities
∎ Maintain a clean and organized showroom
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
∎ Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
