Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations, and assist in coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and facilitate communication with other departments.
∎ Maintain sales records and coordinate product availability with logistics.
∎ Generate sales reports and performance metrics.
∎ Research market trends and competitors.
∎ Ensure smooth communication across departments.
