• Age 28 to 35 years

• Candidate must have a moderate level of knowledge in MS Excel.

• Monitor daily coverage, sales calls, and overall field force performance.

• Administer and maintain the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system for accurate sales reporting and performance analysis.

• Verify sample carry, ready sales, and focus SKU sales, and generate related performance reports.

• Engage with distributors to identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Track and analyze daily primary and secondary sales performance.

• Prepare and document settlements for field forces and distributors in line with company policies.

• Manage damage/return product settlements in coordination with relevant departments.

• Support onboarding of new sales officers by collecting information, updating HR records, and preparing orientation sheets.

• Maintain attendance and leave records of field forces, calculate and verify TA/DA claims.

• Process calculation of field force and distributor incentives, ensuring policy compliance.

• Maintain up-to-date records of sales officers and distributors and coordinate with warehouse, finance, and sales teams for seamless operations.
