Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree from a Reputed Private University (NSU, AIUB, ULAB, BRAC, IUB, AIUB, BUP preferable)
∎ North South University,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh,East West University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support/ Client Service, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making International calls to perspective clients
∎ Maintaining a good relation with the client and handling their every need
∎ Lead Mining to search for perspective clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ It goes without saying that person applying for the job has to be fluent in English. It is imperative that he / she is good at English communication which is required to make the client feel more at home.
∎ Preference will be giving to graduate students or students close to graduation. Subject doesn't matter although students with major in marketing, english or related will be better suited for this job.
∎ But educational background doesn't really matter if you are hard working, dedicated and a quick learner.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of how to use Microsoft word and excel
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable. It will be decided upon your interview based on how good you are or what potentials you have.
