• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

• Age 22 to 35 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Stone, Coal and Food grains Direct Selling/Marketing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Sound knowledge about sales and marketing.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.

• Support of sales processes via phone calls to customers.

• Fulfill monthly or quarterly sales targets.

• perform any sort of relevant job if assigned by the management.

• Proactive and able to take leadership.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose suitable properties.

• Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.

• Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and sales events.

• Maintain and update client databases.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.

• To generate new potential clients and follow up with every prospect from time to time.
